Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 12 small potatoes
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the potatoes and boil them whole until tender, then drain. Drain the mozzarella and cut into 12 thin slices. Place the potatoes in a pan with a little oil and brown them on all sides. Then place a slice of mozzarella on each potato, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, cover, and let the mozzarella melt briefly.
