Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 bunches of chard
- 6 m.-sized potatoes
- some oil
- some salt and pepper
- chili powder

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender and peel. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves and sauté them in a little oil in a pan. Wash the chard, cut into wide strips, add to the pan, and let them wilt. Chop the potatoes and add them to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and chili, if desired.
