Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 cup of cream
- some salt and pepper
- 1 dash of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- some flour, optional
- some oil for frying

Sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic clove in oil until translucent. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and fry. Deglaze with cream and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Thicken to taste with a little flour mixed with water until the desired consistency is reached. Then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes to remove the flour flavor. Goes very well with tagliatelle pasta. Tip: You can also sprinkle flour into melted butter beforehand and refrigerate it. This also makes a great way to thicken the sauce.
