Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 375 g whole wheat spaghetti
- 200 g mushrooms
- 4 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup of crème fraîche (Cream Balance)
- 200 g lamb’s lettuce
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and sauté them in a non-stick pan. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water. Add the water and lemon juice to the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the Creme Balance and bring to a boil. Stir in the lamb’s lettuce and cooked spaghetti.
