Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • 3 small gherkins
  • 150 g mincer substitute
  • ½ onion(s), diced
  • 120 g gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp cheese, grated, light
  • 2 tbsp yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 2 tbsp ketchup, light
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp cucumber water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the minced meat with the diced onion, then add the gnocchi and cook briefly. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the grated cheese over the top, letting it melt. Place the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber slices in a bowl. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients for the sauce until smooth. Then pour the contents of the pan over the lettuce and top with the sauce. Stir everything thoroughly.
