Red lentils and celery with pasta

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 4 stalk(s) celery, sliced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary, finely chopped
  • 200 g lentils, red
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 250 g pasta (horn pasta or other)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan, add onions, garlic, and celery, and sauté briefly. Add the rosemary. Top up the pan with the vegetable stock and simmer the red lentils for 40 minutes. Add the pasta after 30 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper and add the remaining olive oil.
