Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large apple
- 10 radishes
- 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
- 120 g cream cheese, low-fat
- 120 g low-fat curd cheese
- 60 g oat flakes, fine
- 1 tbsp, heaped salad mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Wash the apple, halve it, and remove the core. Wash and trim the radishes. Grate both and drizzle with lemon juice. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix. Season to taste! It goes perfectly with boiled potatoes, potato pancakes, baguette, ciabatta, and stick bread. For non-vegetarians, the apple and radish spread is also a great accompaniment to grilled food. Tip: The spread can also be turned into a dip. Simply replace the cream cheese with yogurt and mayonnaise.
