Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small head of radicchio
- salt and pepper
- 2 slice(s) cheese, spicy
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- possibly grease for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash and halve the radicchio. Place it in the ovenproof dish and season. You may need to grease it beforehand. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Finally, sprinkle the pine nuts on top. Preheat the oven and bake the radicchio at 180°C (350°F) using a fan oven for about 15 minutes. The pine nuts can be toasted. Serve warm. A great appetizer or a nice side dish.
