Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g skimmed milk yogurt
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • salt and pepper
  • Ready-made salad dressing mix
  • Fondor
  • Pinch(s) of spice mix (herb curd spice)
  • Chives, dried
  • n. B. Herbs for garnishing
  • 1 dash of sunflower oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

easy and fast

Thoroughly clean and dry the radishes under cold water, removing the leaves and roots. Slice the radishes. Place the yogurt in a bowl. Season with plenty of salt, pepper, a little sunflower oil, some Fondor, the ready-to-use mix, chives, and herb curd seasoning. Stir thoroughly and season to taste. Adjust seasoning to taste. Add the radish slices to the yogurt and stir. Season to taste. Goes well with baked potatoes or boiled potatoes.
