Penne with light smoked salmon sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g penne or other pasta
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • n. B. Dill
  • nutmeg
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the penne until al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the spring onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Pour in the milk. Bring to a boil briefly and thicken with cornstarch. Add the smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, and pasta. Season to taste with dill, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
