Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark, 0.2% fat
- 60 g muesli, of your choice
- 1 tsp honey
- n. B. Fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
First, mix the honey with the quark. Stir in the muesli, cover, refrigerate, and it’s ready to go. Occasionally, I also add chopped strawberries or raspberries. It’s best to prepare it the night before so the muesli soaks up the quark (that’s how I like it best. If you prefer a crunchier texture, make the muesli fresh in the morning). Tip: This also goes wonderfully with a large bowl of fruit salad and will keep you more than satisfied until lunchtime.
