Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g Skyr Strawberry
  • 30 g strawberries, fresh
  • 20 g dark chocolate
  • e.g. strawberries, freeze-dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the fresh strawberries into very small cubes and mix with the strawberry skyr. For extra crunch, break freeze-dried strawberries into small pieces and fold in. Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the skyr mixture. Decorate with strawberries and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate is crisp and firm. Enjoy immediately.
