Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g butter
- 250 g cane sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 250 g cornstarch
- 125 g almond(s), ground
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp water
- 50 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Combine the ingredients in a dough and press it into a cookie press. Pipe cookies onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175°C for about 15 minutes. For the glaze, combine cocoa powder, powdered sugar, water, and butter and brush over the cookies. Let dry.
