Sesame wholemeal cookies

Ingredients for 30 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g flour (wholemeal flour, 1050)
  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the oil, sugar, and egg until frothy, then combine the remaining ingredients and slowly stir into the egg-sugar mixture. Spread the batter onto baking paper with a damp spoon to form very thin patches. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Watch carefully: If they get too brown, they’ll become bitter!
