Baked potatoes with tzatziki

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 125 g quark
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan-assisted oven. Wash and brush the potatoes, then halve them lengthwise. Combine the oil, salt, and paprika in a small bowl and then pour over the sliced ​​potatoes. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet and bake in the oven. Turn them over with a spatula after about 15 minutes. For the tzatziki, peel, wash, and coarsely grate the cucumber. Peel and dice the garlic clove. Mix the quark and natural yogurt together and season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a little pepper. Remove the potatoes from the oven after 25-30 minutes and serve with tzatziki.
