Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large tomatoes
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- some mineral water
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut a lid off the tops of the tomatoes. Scoop out the insides. Mix the quark with a little mineral water until smooth. Stir in the chopped herbs and some of the finely chopped tomato core. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and fill the tomatoes with the herb quark. Serve with whole-grain bread or crispbread.
