Spaghetti salad with garlic and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 300 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • 3 bags of seasoning mix for salad (Mediterranean salad dressing or garden herbs)
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Olive oil, mild
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente, drain, and cut into smaller pieces, if desired, or leave whole. In a large bowl, combine the salad dressing with olive oil and press in the garlic cloves. Add the spaghetti and cheese and mix well. Finally, stir in the tomatoes and season the salad with salt.
