Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 9 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 g spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large onion(s), red
- 200 g mushrooms, brown
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g dill
- 50 g chives
- salt and pepper

Swabian pizza with mushrooms, fresh dill and chives
Whisk the quark, milk, oil, and salt until smooth. Mix the flour with the baking powder and knead into the quark mixture to form a smooth dough. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Finely chop the herbs, peel the onion, and finely dice them. Mix the sour cream, egg, herbs, and diced onion together and season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, add the herb mixture, spread it evenly with a tablespoon, and finally top with the mushrooms. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
