Prawns with Tagliatelle
The perfect prawns with tagliatelle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Garlic marriage
- 1 Red Chili
- 1 Lemon
- 1 pack Tagliatelle
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 150 g Prawns
- 200 g Cream
- Wash lemon, vegetables and herbs, peel the garlic, roughly chop the chilli in half, remove the seeds and chop finely.
- Cut the white and green parts of the spring onions separately into rings, halve the tomatoes, cut the lemon into wedges,
- Put on a saucepan with plenty of salted water, add the tagliatelle and cook for 3 minutes.
- Heat a little oil in a pan, fry the white onion rings, garlic and chilli, add prawns and fry for 1-2 minutes
- Add the tomatoes to the prawns and simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Drain the tagliatelle and collect half a cup of water.
- Add the paste to the prawns, pour in the salted water, mix well, remove the pan from the heat, add the cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Now arrange on a plate, pour green spring onions over the top and serve with lemon wedges.
