Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g bulgur, more if needed
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 20 raisins
  • 1 peach(s), halved, from the can
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

A delicious alternative to rice pudding and the like.

Cook the bulgur in hot water for about 15 minutes according to the package instructions. Drain the peach and cut it into small pieces. Once the bulgur is cooked, simply mix in the yogurt, raisins, and peaches and season with cinnamon. Delicious hot or cold.
