Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g golden millet
- 50 g spelt semolina
- 300 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 15 g sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. B. Fruit
- 100 ml apple juice

Wash the golden millet in a fine sieve. Add the oil to the pot and stir the millet once to prevent it from burning. Briefly bring the golden millet and oat milk to a boil, then simmer with the lid on for 12 minutes on speed 1. Then add the spelt semolina, sugar, and salt. Stir the porridge for 3 minutes until it thickens. Chop the fruit and make a fruit salad with the apple juice.
