Vegetable noodle soup

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g noodles (soup noodles)
  • salt water
  • ½ tsp oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 300 ml broth, granulated
  • 50 g carrot(s), sliced
  • 50 g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 spring onion(s), cut into rings
  • 2 leaves of lettuce (head lettuce), cut into strips
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • some chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, and set aside. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the chopped garlic clove. Pour in the granulated stock and bring to a boil. Add the carrot slices and broccoli florets and simmer for 7 minutes. Add the spring onion, lettuce strips, and soup noodles and heat through. Season with soy sauce and chili to taste.
