Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp broth, granulated, (do not dissolve in water!)
- 3 tbsp oil (olive oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti al dente as usual, according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, thinly slice the garlic cloves. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it in a sieve. Turn off the heat and place the same pot used to cook the spaghetti on the still-warm heat. Add the olive oil and garlic slices to the pot and sauté until translucent. Do not let the garlic brown. Then add the drained spaghetti to the pot and mix well with 1-2 tablespoons of granulated stock. Serve hot. Serve with a fresh green salad or iceberg lettuce.
