Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cream
- 300 g mango(s), halved, frozen
- 50 g xylitol (sugar substitute) or regular sugar
- ½ tonka bean(s), abrasion
- 4 tsp, heaped fruit puree, e.g. homemade strawberry jam
- e.g. salted pistachios

quickly prepared in the Thermomix
Place the cream, mango halves, and sugar into the Thermomix and blend on a low speed (about 3 to 4), holding the food processor steady (depending on the size of the frozen mango pieces). Add the tonka bean zest and blend on a higher speed (7 to 8) until smooth. Garnish with fruit purée and pistachios and serve immediately. This dessert is prepared in a snap and is delightfully fruity and creamy.
