Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 cl elderflower syrup
  • 1 cl lemon juice
  • 8 cl apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 10 cl carbonated mineral water
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 5 lemon balm leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

without alcohol

Place the ice cubes in a glass. Add the elderflower syrup, lemon juice, apple juice, and mineral water. Mix everything well and garnish the glass with the lemon balm leaves and thyme. Approx. 105 kcal per serving.
