Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 strawberries
- ½ apple
- ½ banana(s)
- 2 ice cubes
- n. B. Orange juice to top up
- n. B. Pineapple juice to top up
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Whole fruit smoothie
Place the fruit (washed, seeds removed, and any peel and green parts removed) into a blender (chop into small pieces depending on the size of the blender container) and blend thoroughly. Gradually add the ice cubes and blend until blended. Don’t let them dissolve completely; some pieces are fine. Top up with enough pineapple juice and orange juice to reach the desired consistency. This is my husband and daughter’s favorite smoothie.
