Radish salad with cucumber

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 400 g radish(s)
  • 3 tbsp garden cress
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 6 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

An unusual combination, but tastes excellent

Peel the cucumber and radish. Slice both thinly. Mix the white wine vinegar with a pinch each of sugar and salt. Stir in the oil vigorously until a smooth mixture forms. Stir in the cucumber and radish and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cress and serve.
