Quick tortellini casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 400 g tortellini
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 pack of cream
  • n. B. herbs
  • some salt and pepper
  • some Worcestershire sauce
  • some butter or margarine
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, remove the stems from the fresh mushrooms, clean the mushrooms, and slice them. Sauté the mushrooms in a little butter or margarine. Season to taste and add Worcestershire sauce. While the mushrooms are sautéing, cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, adding a little salt. When the mushrooms are nicely browned, add the passata and cream. Bring the sauce to a boil briefly, then add the tortellini. Mix everything together and let stand on low heat for a while. Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Pour the pasta and sauce into the baking dish, then top with the tomato slices and then the mozzarella slices. Place the casserole in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
