Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g fruits (exotic mix), frozen
  • 60 g sugar, white
  • 2 tsp lemon juice, optional
  • 1 medium egg white, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pulverize the sugar in the Thermomix for 15 seconds at speed 10. Add the frozen fruit, lemon juice, and egg whites and mix with the spatula for one minute at speed 5 until creamy. Of course, other types of fruit are also possible, such as berries, apples, or pears.
