Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 400 g chopped tomatoes (1 small can)
- 2 cups cottage cheese (approx. 400 g)
- 200 g Parmesan, sliced
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp herbs, finely chopped (e.g. basil, parsley, oregano)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Sugar
- some olive oil, to brush the mold

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
quick and easy
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente and drain. Mix the tomatoes with the cottage cheese, sour cream, and herbs, and season with pepper, sugar, and salt (if desired, you can also add a little balsamic vinegar to taste). Mix the sauce with the spaghetti, season again, and spread it in a baking dish brushed with a little oil. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake everything on the middle rack of the oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes (until the cheese is lightly browned).
