Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti or spaetzle)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 200 g cream, sweet, liquid
  • pepper
  • Grease for the tray
  • 250 g tomatoes (cherry tomatoes)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Trim and wash the leek, and slice it into thick rings. Three minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the leek to the pasta; then drain. Trim, wash, and halve the tomatoes. Trim, wash, and slice the bell peppers. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Beat the eggs with the cheese and cream and season with salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and spread on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
