Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 500 g strawberries
- 250 g seedless grapes
- 50 g pistachios
- 5 tbsp natural yogurt
- 5 tbsp orange juice
- Bitter almond aroma
- sugar or honey
- Cinnamon
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and slice the bananas, place them in a bowl, and drizzle with lemon juice. Hull and wash the strawberries, cut them into pieces, and add them along with the whole grapes. Mix the natural yogurt, orange juice, and flavoring (to taste) with the fruit. Season to taste with sugar or honey and cinnamon, and sprinkle with pistachios.
