Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large burger buns
  • 250 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 150 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 2 camembert(s) (baked camembert)
  • 140 g wild cranberries
  • Wild cranberries
  • herb butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-assisted. Cut the burger buns open and place them on a baking tray. Spread the herb butter a little thicker on the base. Place the lid upside down. Top both halves with the Emmental cheese. Add the Camembert to the baking tray and place in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the buns are nicely browned and the Camembert is warm. Cut the meat into small portions and fry in a pan until nicely browned. Spread a generous layer of wild cranberries on the underside of the buns. Place one piece of baked Camembert on top of each burger. Place the meat on the Camembert and, if desired, top with a spoonful of wild cranberries. Put the lid on and serve. It also goes great with duck and cinnamon at Christmas time.
