Bread with pizza filling

First, take a loaf of bread that is as round as possible and cut off a lid that is slightly smaller than the diameter of the bread. Then hollow out the loaf. In the now hollowed-out loaf, place a first layer of canned tomatoes. Then follow with a layer of mozzarella sliced into slightly thicker slices. Place a layer of salami on top of this. Place a layer of basil leaves on top of the salami. Then add the diced ham and, on top of this, the finely chopped bell pepper. Spread another layer of tomato sauce over this. Now spread the mozzarella again and about two-thirds of the grated Emmental cheese over it. Season lightly in between. Now place the lid on the bread and wrap the bread tightly in aluminum foil. The loaf must now be pressed together for half an hour. The best way to do this is to place an appropriately sized object on top of the bread, press it together, and let it rest on the bread for half an hour. Then remove the aluminum foil and cover the loaf with the remaining cheese. If desired, place more salami, ham, or onions on top. Place the bread in an oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for about 30 minutes. Then slice like a cake and serve.
