Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pork belly in cubes
  • 250 g diced pork shoulder
  • 10 g salt
  • 2 g pepper
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), quartered
  • e.g. chopped parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, chop all the ingredients as described above. Then, mix everything together in a bowl. Let it sit for a moment. Then, put everything through a meat grinder.
