Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pork belly in cubes
- 250 g diced pork shoulder
- 10 g salt
- 2 g pepper
- 1 m.-large onion(s), quartered
- e.g. chopped parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, chop all the ingredients as described above. Then, mix everything together in a bowl. Let it sit for a moment. Then, put everything through a meat grinder.
