Broccoli casserole with blue cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 g blue cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes. Divide the broccoli into florets. Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Roughly crumble the blue cheese and layer it with the potatoes, tomatoes, and broccoli in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the cream over the top and bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour.
