Radish salad with apples

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 radish(s)
  • Apples, same amount as radish
  • 125 ml yogurt
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • Chives, in rolls
  • oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely grate the radish. Coarsely grate the apples. Combine the two, season with salt, and let stand. Prepare a marinade of sour cream, yogurt, oil, and lemon juice, and season with salt and sugar. Mix the apples and radish with the marinade and garnish with chives.
