Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of spaghetti
- salt water
- ¼ piece(s) butter
- 50 g sugar, according to taste
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- possibly fruits (cherries, pears, etc.)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sugar noodles
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until just al dente, then let it cool. Melt the butter in a large pan and add the cold spaghetti. Stir the sugar into the spaghetti and fry until the pasta begins to turn golden. Season with cinnamon. If you like, you can also toss fruit in the pan.
