Breadcrumbs – egg – noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g pasta (e.g. egg noodles)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Leftovers – Dessert

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside. Heat the butter in a pan, add the breadcrumbs, and toast briefly until light brown. Add the pasta and sugar, mix well, and reduce the heat to low. Crack in the egg and quickly mix everything together. Once the egg is set, serve immediately while hot. If desired, top with cinnamon sugar or compote. This also works well with leftover pasta.
