Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk or cream
  • 2 tbsp butter, margarine or oil for frying
  • 180 g bell pepper(s), approx. 1 medium
  • 100 g leek
  • 50 g ham
  • 20 g sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • n. B. Maggi, approx. 6 dashes
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. parsley or chives

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the leeks and bell peppers, removing the stems, seeds, and white inner lining. Cut the leeks, bell peppers, and ham into small cubes. Heat the frying fat in a pan, add the finely chopped vegetables, ham, and sunflower seeds, and fry. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the milk and season with Maggi and salt. When the mixture has reached the desired degree of browning in the pan, add the egg mixture and stir continuously until set. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley or chives.
