Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g rice (short grain rice)
- 375 ml milk
- 375 ml sweet cream or Rama Cremfine Culinesse
- 1 small can of mixed fruit
- 125 g cream cheese
- 70 ml milk
- 125 ml juice (collected fruit juice)
- ½ lemon(s), the juice

A recipe from my school days
Bring the short-grain rice and milk to a boil, then simmer on low heat until all the liquid has been absorbed. Drain the mixed fruit, reserving the juice. Stir the sweet cream and fruit into the rice porridge as soon as it’s ready. Then keep warm. For the quark sauce, whisk the creamed quark with the milk, 125 ml of reserved fruit juice, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Serve with the fruit rice.
