Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g pork schnitzel
- 1 bunch sage (fresh)
- 2 small eggplants
- Salt and pepper, white, freshly ground (if possible)
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for the barbecue season
Wash the meat, roughly dice, and season with salt and pepper. Pluck the sage leaves from the stems. Clean and dice the eggplant. Thread the meat, sage leaves, and eggplant cubes onto skewers, alternating them, brush with oil, and cook on the hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
