semolina pudding

Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 6 tbsp semolina
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla pudding powder)
  • 6 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients in a saucepan. Then, add a little milk and whisk until all lumps dissolve. Then, stir in the remaining milk in the saucepan and bring to a boil. Just before bubbles appear, the pudding will thicken, and it’s important to stir continuously to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan. When bubbles appear, the semolina pudding is ready and can be removed from the heat to cool.
