Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 can of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 500 g minced beef
  • some Tabasco, depending on the desired level of spiciness
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • some iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves and fry in a little olive oil. When the onions are translucent, add the minced meat and fry thoroughly. Add the canned tomatoes and stir well. Simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. In the meantime, wash and chop the lettuce leaves. Add the beans, corn, and feta cheese to the minced meat. Season everything with salt and Tabasco and wait until the feta cheese has melted. Place a ladleful of filling on each wrap and place a few lettuce leaves on top. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
