Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 3 burger buns
  • 80 g Cheddar, grated
  • some salt and pepper
  • 3 slices of Cheddar or sliced ​​cheese
  • e.g. iceberg lettuce
  • n. B. Pickled gherkin(s)
  • n. B. onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp cucumber relish
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the grated cheddar until melted. For the Big Mac sauce, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, onion powder, pickle relish, mustard, and vinegar. Flatten the burger buns with a rolling pin and place them in a taco holder. Then place the lettuce in the crumpled burger buns, then place a slice of cheese, then the fried cheddar. Top with the Big Mac sauce, a few chopped gherkins, and some chopped onion. Enjoy.
