Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized jacket potatoes
  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 100 g bacon
  • some pepper
  • some dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

refreshing and quick summer dish

Wash and boil the potatoes. Immediately peel the skins and let the potatoes cool. Meanwhile, wash and grate the cucumber. Dice the bacon and fry until golden brown. Add the bacon cubes to the cucumber and the diced potatoes (as for potato salad). Season with pepper and add a little dill. Serve with scrambled eggs or a sausage.
