Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g parsley root(s)
  • 50 g water
  • 10 g oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Complementary food from the 4th month

Peel and dice the parsley root. Cook in a pressure cooker for 3 minutes from the steaming point, then release the steam and puree. If necessary, add more water to make the puree creamy. Finally, stir in the oil. Serve immediately or freeze for later. If babies don’t eat much at first, you can also freeze it in ice cube trays.
