Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 200 g margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1,500 g apples
- n. B. cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Make a batter from the first 6 ingredients. Peel, core, and grate the apples. Spread the batter on a baking sheet and top with the grated apples. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 55 minutes, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Note: The long baking time is due to the tart and juicy apples used. Check the cake regularly during baking and adjust the time as needed.
