Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large carrots
- 2 apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oil
- possibly walnut kernels, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the carrots and coarsely grate them. Peel the apple, remove the core, and coarsely grate it. Make a salad dressing from the remaining ingredients and mix with the carrots and apples. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.
